Silver Marches Circus
The bright and not-so early morning saw our performers leaving the glade and heading North back to the Evermoor Way in high (if not foggy) spirits. But the revelry was short lived as two very young (but very evil) Green Dragons stalked the group from the forest. As they approached the dragons demanded that the circus pay them the elf-gifted Moonstones to allow them to live. The group (unsurprisingly) refused and a battle ensued. Through the blessing of good fortune and a good old fashioned tossing of catfolk, the group managed to slay one of the dragon brothers and forced the other to flee; with the promise of getting his daddy!
Not wanting anything to do with an angry Green Dragon dad, the group fled to the only reason they headed towards the High Forest in the first place: the Kir-Lanan explored undead ruins. Assaulted by undead soldiers and zombie Kobolds the performers, led by Enerith, found the entrance to the ancient Netherese dungeon. The wagon carefully buried in brush and timber, the troupe managed to bypass the large trapdoor's defenses (with the help of Deex' lockpicking and Enerith's ability to absorb negative energy) and gain entry.
Cold and uninviting, the dungeon had long ago fallen to dark, undead magicks. Even just descending the stairs the group was attacked by ghasts, ghouls, and even more zombies. Trying to find rest in this foul place only provoked another attack from a hideous skeletal Owlbear. Some ancient treasures were discovered and other passages leading further into the dungeon found…It now remains to be seen if the circus-act turned dungeon-delvers would remain much longer in the foul place or hope to brave the road to Silverymoon once more…
